I'm blessed to be a mom!!

I hope all the mother's out there had a happy Mothers Day! It was busy at the Edwards house because we had my whole family over and threw a party for my mom and grandma. It was the first time we have had a bunch of people over for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to find you can fit quite a few people into my house!

We added a card table and presto! my kitchen seats nine adults and two toddlers. Amazing! My sister helped me throw the party. We decided to go shabby chic. So I set the table with my silver and linen napkins with some fabulous magazine flowers for table decor. :)

We did a light dinner of salad and french bread and then whole made tiramisu for dessert (my mom's favorite). All in all the first party at the house turned out great. Jacob was thrilled beyond words that Aunt Molly, Honey, Papa, and Epiphany were all at his house!!! Apparently none of the rest of us matter.

Its always good to have family around. We were excited my grandmother Nina or as Jacob calls her 'Nini' was here to celebrate Mothers Day with us. I'm so glad to be a Mommy to such a sweet little boy!!
