The first and one of the biggest highlights of the summer was a a trip to the beach with our good friends Lisa and Barry. It was Jacob's first trip to the beach and he has asked me pretty much every week since, "when are we going back to the beach mommy?"

I thought Jacob might have a breakdown about sand in the bathing suite... boy was I wrong!
At first he wasnt sure what he thought about the waves. About 10 minutes later he was jumping in.
I'm pretty sure my boys are ready to leave Nashville behind and move to the beach. :)

Hmmm...only took about 3 months...could be worse! :) Ha ha...that was such a fun beach trip. We need to plan another one someday soon!!
