Pumpkin for my punkin

Fall is at its brink right now in TN. Really beautiful for those of you who are used to fall in the desert. Jacob had fun playing with my pumpkin the other day. I bought two pie pumpkins to actually cook. After LOTS of hard work I finally got the pumpkin cut in half and cooked. Total pain in the butt! However, I did make some great pumpkin struessel muffins. After all the hard work I wimped out with my other pumpkin so it made a great toy for Jay.

Equipment
